    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. Thank you Committee Chair. I also rise to support the nomination of Dr. Nicholas Muraguri. I have interacted with him for some time and I know he has all the competencies. I am sure Dr. Muraguri will perform wonders. We have some few challenges, as some of us have already mentioned. I do not want to mention them again. I assure you that with the nomination of Dr. Muraguri as the PS for Health, I know that all the issues and challenges we have in the ministry will be sorted out.
