"content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I know Dr. Muraguri very well. If there is something that the Jubilee Government has done, it is in this Ministry of Health. Dr. Muraguri does not only have the technical skills in terms of being a medical doctor, but when it comes to matters of financial management, he is tick. When it comes to customer service, he is tick. When it comes to project management skills, he is tick. He is a results oriented person. He is a transformative leader. We expect so much. He is so committed when it comes to matters of devolution. We know very well that health is devolved. We have no doubt that with the good rapport he has with the governors, the health sector will go to greater heights of prosperity. I support."
