    "content": "- Member (v) Ms. Rose Mghoi Mtambo Macharia - Member Hon. Speaker, the Committee carried out the approval process of those five nominees. All of them appeared before the Committee as required. We advertised requesting for Memoranda from the members of the public as required by the Constitution and the Standing Orders. We received comments with respect to the last nominee, but received no comments for all the others. With respect to the proposed nominee to be Chairperson, Mr. Philip Kinisu; this is a very qualified person. We found him to be very competent in terms of work experience and academic qualifications. Mr. Kinisu has been a senior partner with PriceWaterhouseCoopers auditing firm for over 30 years. He has also sat as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and senior partner, finally being the Chair of Beauty without Cruelty (BWC) in Africa up to the year 2014, when he retired. He is a man who is very thoughtful and methodological in the manner in which he intends to lead the fight against graft in that institution. We asked him what is his vision and we were satisfied that he has a vision, the courage and the determination to fight graft.
