    "content": "There was someone who said that she occupied three positions in Government. She has since resigned as Council Member of Maasai Mara University and as Director of Kenya Industrial Estates (KIE). Therefore, we are satisfied that she qualifies to be appointed a commissioner. She is competent and is currently the head of Human Resource at the Constitution Implementation Commission (CIC). She has worked very well in previous positions. She has been appointed to various parastatals, particularly at the Nyayo Tea Zones Authority, where Hon. Moses Cheboi was a Director. He is here; I thought he was outside. I did not want to mention this when he is present. He was hiding behind me. He did indicate that he had a conflict of interest and made it known to the Committee, and we were satisfied. He never said anything that was adverse against her or in support of her. There is nothing improper about this. I thought Hon. Amina Abdalla and Hon. Cheboi were Members of the 9th Parliament. I do not know why she has issues with Hon. Cheboi, but she will tell the Speaker latter on when I finish moving this Motion."
