    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, indeed, that is true. However, you and I know that this Government, the Kibaki Administration, took over in 2001. I have said that I will give priority to this particular police station, because of the historical background. It was established in 1920, even before hon. Kutuny was born. I have accepted that we have to set aside funds to upgrade this police station. He should be thankful to this Government for having given him first priority. I will go and inspect that area to see if land available."
