    "content": "When we sat in a Kamukunji on Tuesday, it was agreed that we invite the EACC to appear before the Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs to shed light on why they think that Hon. Cheboi and many other Members have not surrendered their title deeds. In fact, I am informed reliably that the title deed of Hon. Cheboi is actually lying in Parliament. Those are the issues in respect of which we would want to engage the EACC and ask them to reveal the sources of that information. I am not here to defend Hon. Moses Cheboi; I am also stating the factual position of what prevails. I can hear him complaining why I am mentioning him. I am using him as an example."
