The nominee for the chairmanship, Mr. Philip Kinisu, is a person I know can do a good job. He is a young man and I have known for a long time. I thought he would not accept to be the chairman. I am happy he accepted to take up that position. He is so smart. Back at home, we do not involve him in small issues."
