    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. My constituency is persons with disabilities and, of course, there is none. The Constitution in Article 54 calls for 5 per cent of members of the public be persons with disabilities but, of course zero, is not progress and neither is it one. I thank the Mover for giving me this opportunity, but also to recognise on that same basis, and that is why I was awarded by Mzalendo Trust for my representation of special interests in this House. This is a voice that is usually ignored. We want to say that the State must recognise this group of people as capable and who can contribute to national development. We would be very glad if, for example, we had one member of the Cabinet being a person with disability like the case we have seen by John Pombe Magufuli. We must Maghufulify the war on corruption in this country for us to move forward, so that we do not just speak. Every one complains about---"
