    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I said that our Ministry has been trying to liaise with the Rift Valley Water Services Board and the Provincial Administration so that water is disconnected in those Ministries that have not paid their water bills. Our own Ministry has given Kshs28.6 million to Lodwar Water and Sanitation Company to ensure that water is flowing and the company sustains itself."
