    "content": "engineer who has worked even in the World Bank--- World Bank is a very reputable organisation. We expect that this person must have credibility. So, I believe Patrick Nduati Mwangi is highly credible when it comes to accountability because the World Bank does not give jobs to people who do not have credentials. With that wealth of knowledge in both departments, I believe that all of us, including whose tribes that have not been nominated here, will benefit from the services of those gentlemen as they serve the country. With those few remarks, I support the Motion. Thank you."
