    "content": "I thank the President for appointing Dr. Andrew K. Tuimur and Mr. Patrick Nduati Mwangi as Principal Secretaries (PSs) for the State departments of Livestock and Irrigation. Dr. Nduati Mwangi is an engineer in water services and is a specialist in dam construction. He has a wealth of experience in World Bank funded projects. Currently, he is a specialist working on dam construction in Malindi and other parts of this country, to ensure that we have enough water.
