    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. The Constitution of Kenya provides the President with executive authority derived from the election by the people of Kenya. Through the same Constitution, the President can delegate executive authority to the appointees that he gets to work with him. So, in every aspect, we must trust the judgement of the President because his performance will be judged depending on the people that he appoints. The only thing that we might need to consider is regional balance and ethnic diversity that reflects the face of Kenya."
