    "content": "I feel that the President did not care about this country in appointing a huge number of PSs. One PS might earn a salary of Kshs1million. The other thing that I want to say is that we are not conveyor belts. We should reject some of these appointments so that we save this country the agony of paying unnecessary officials. I was informed recently that one of the ministries with three new PSs has one directorate which is vocational training. It has been devolved. It will deal with the village polytechnics. That PS will be very idle and helpless to handle it."
