    "content": "Thank you very much my Chairlady and Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I stand to support the nomination of Dr. Mwinzi to be the Principal Secretary for Department on Vocational and Technical Training. I sat through the vetting process of that lady. She was articulate and to the point. I believe she is the right candidate for the nomination to that docket. I urge her to look into the issue of unpaid teachers in that department. There are about 1,274 trainers who have gone unpaid for about a year. So, when she gets on her desk, she should work round the clock to make sure that those teachers are paid. I support her nomination."
