    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I want to thank my Committee members for the great support they have showed during the exercise. I also want to thank all Members of Parliament for positively supporting our Motion. Since I might not have another chance to speak in this House, I would like to wish all the Members of Parliament, the people of Murang’a County and the entire country at large a very merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2016. I thank the President and his Deputy for nominating Dr. Mwinzi. My prayer is that Dr. Dinah Mwinzi will do the country proud and especially Members of Parliament who are already constructing their new TTIs. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I beg to reply."
