    "content": "I would also want to add my voice in congratulating and thanking my colleagues for having done a very good job in vetting Mrs. Susan N. Mochache, Mrs. Zeinab W. Hussein and Mr. Joseph Okudo. More so, I would like to thank the President for having seen it fit to have a gender department. A Principal Secretary will be in charge of that gender department and in a stand- alone Ministry which is going to be in charge of the youth and gender in our country."
