I happened to be one of their lawyers - including Hon. Kiunjuri - and the matters have never been terminated. After terminating Hon. Kiunjuri’s case, it will also be fair for the police to terminate the many other matters that are pending before the courts. It is against the law to keep a case in court for too long. In fact, justice delayed is justice denied."
