    "content": "Hon. Kazungu is our colleague. The EACC has not been very clear with the matter and has been handling it in a very controversial manner. It is also not fair when a young professional like Hon. Kazungu tries to make a move and that is the time the issues are raised. I want to say that not everybody can like all of us here and the nominees. There are mistakes that can be found in one way or another from the nominees’ previous careers. It is only fair for procedure to be followed. Unless a matter is documented within seven days and an affidavit presented, it will be an exercise in futility to try to frustrate the matters, after the public has not fully complied with that regulation which gives an opportunity for the nominee to reply, should there be any other matters."
