"content": "Hon. Speaker, I was stating very clearly that Hon. Charles Keter is the Senator from my county and I have no doubt in his capability. All of you know he has been in this House for a while and he has actually had an opportunity to work at the Ministry of Energy before and he is going to perform. I have also had an opportunity to meet with Dr. Cleopa Mailu. He is actually a real technocrat in the field of health and is going to bring a wealth of experience from the private sector. If he is given support, I am sure that he is going to work very well in ensuring that the new devolved health sector is going to prosper."
