    "content": "I do not want to dwell a lot in the other individuals, but I am giving an example. The young man by the name of Mucheru is a very well versed person in the private sector ICT. I am sure he is going to perform and give a good name to the young people of this country. I thank the President for recognizing young professionals and that the youth in different sectors can contribute to the well being of this country and its development. Therefore, I propose and I actually urge this House to support them."
