    "content": "Hon. Speaker, even though Hon. Duale wields a lot of power which is assumed wrongly, I have been a Backbencher for almost 15 years. We asked Hon. Kiunjuri about a corruption issue when he was an Assistant Minister. One of the nominees told us that he was taken to court to answer a corruption charge. However, let me say that the President reshuffled his Cabinet because of corruption. I know the Standing Orders because I have been around. Allow me to say something concerning the document which I will table so that Kenyans can see that people like Hon. Duale are trying to send my friend, the President, home by issuing a blanket defence which does not make sense. These are issues about which peoples’ heads must roll in this Government.
