    "content": "We have a duty, as the National Assembly to vet the nominees for appointment as Cabinet Secretaries. In vetting, our duty is to see to it that these nominees are competent – that they have both the technical and educational experience to serve this nation in the positions for which they have been nominated. We have to ensure that they are people of integrity as well as ensure that they have the necessary education to really deliver."
