    "content": "Having seen the Report, I have no reason to doubt their competence and for that reason, I support and recommend them for these positions. Some of them are people whom we had a chance to work with in this House. I was lucky enough to serve with Sen. Charles Keter and Hon. Mwangi Kiunjuri in the 10th Parliament as well as Hon. Dan Kazungu in the 11th Parliament. These are men of integrity and men who are able to lead this country. They have exhibited sufficient experience to lead this nation. I only wish them well in their new positions."
