    "content": "Thank you very much, Hon. Speaker. I want to thank the Leader of the Majority party and the Majority Party Chief Whip for donating to me two minutes. Let me also rise to support this Motion. Indeed, Hon. Keter, Hon.Kiunjuri and most of all these nominees are very well known to most of us. They are capable of doing their job. Specifically, I know Hon. Keter. He is a gentleman I have confidence in. I know that he is going to manage the Ministry of Energy very well and so will Hon. Kiunjuri. Mr. Joe Mucheru happens to be very good in Information, Communications and Technology (ICT). That is the Ministry which my Committee oversees. I am confident that these guys are going to do a good job."
