He stated that in case of any conflict of interest, he was willing to get out of it. I recommend the approval by this House the nomination of this gentleman because from the vetting process, the Committee was satisfied. Having considered their suitability, capacity, professional qualifications and integrity of the nominees, and Pursuant to Article 155(3) of the Constitution, the Committee recommends that the National Assembly approves the nomination of these gentlemen.
