    "content": "The Committee, having considered the CVs of the nominees and heard their oral submissions during the vetting exercise, made the following observations: 1. That all the four nominees are Kenyan citizens with a wealth of experience and knowledge in their respective dockets. 2. That due process was followed on the recruitment process of the four nominees as provided for by the Public Appointments (Parliamentary Approval) Act, 2011 in appointing the nominees. 3. None of them has ever been dismissed from office for contravention of the provisions of Article 75 of the Constitution, which deals with the conduct of state officers. Hon. Speaker, neither of the nominees has been adversely mentioned in any investigatory report of Parliament or any commission of inquiry nor has been charged in any court of law. All the nominees have been cleared by the CID, the KRA for tax compliance, the HELB, Credit Reference Bureau (CRB) and the EACC. So, we had no issue."
