    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker for giving me this opportunity to contribute. From the outset, I would like to support the nominations of the four principal secretaries in the respective State departments. I would like to comment and say that as my previous speakers have said, this country is not short of professionals. When it comes to vetting, what I think should be most appropriate is to extract from those candidates what cannot be presented on paper. We need to actually identify from those candidates what their main achievements in their professional careers are.
