Deputy Speaker, I beg to give notice of the following motion:- THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs on the Vetting of Nominees for Appointment as Chairperson and Members of the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC), laid on the Table of the House on Wednesday 16th December 2015 and pursuant to the provisions of Article 132(2) of the Constitution and Section 10 of the EACC Act, approves the appointment of Philip K.B. Kinisu as Chairperson; Dr. Dabar Abdi Maalim, Paul Mwaniki Gachoka, Sophia Lepuchirit and Rose Mghoi Mtambo-Macharia as Members of the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC)."
