Speaker, I beg to give notice of the following Motions:- THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Joint Departmental Committees on Administration and National Security, and Labour and Social Welfare on the vetting of nominee for appointment as Principal Secretary for the State Department for Youth. THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security on the vetting of the nominee for appointment as Principal Secretary for the State Department for Correctional Services, laid on the Table of the House today, Wednesday 16th December 2015 and pursuant to provisions of Article 155(3) of the Constitution, approves the appointment of Mrs. Lilian Mbogo Omollo as Principal Secretary for the State Department for Youth and Public Service and Mr. Micah Powon as Principal Secretary for the State Department of Correctional Services."
