Deputy Speaker, I beg to give notice of the following Motion: THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Departmental Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Cooperatives on the vetting of Dr. Andrew K. Tuimur and Patrick Nduati Mwangi as nominees for appointment for Principal Secretaries in the State Department of Livestock and Irrigation respectively laid on the Table of the House today, Wednesday 16th December 2015 and pursuant to the provisions of Article 155(3) of the Constitution approves the appointment of Dr. Andrew K. Tuimur as the Principal Secretary for the State Department for Livestock and Patrick Nduati Mwangi as the Principal Secretary for State Department of Irrigation. Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker."
