Deputy Speaker, I beg to give notice of the following Motion:- THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Departmental Committee on Health on the vetting of the nominee for the appointment as Principal Secretary for Health, laid on the Table of the House today Wednesday 16th December 2015 and pursuant to the provisions of Article 155(3) of the Constitution approves the appointment of Dr. Nicholas Muraguri as Principal Secretary for Health. Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker."
