    "content": "I support the setting up of a cultural and recreation centre at a place called Kiletien, which is also a raised hill. This will encourage training of our athletes there. The Bill allows for use of forest cover for the good of the people. This is a good Bill, but we have to make amendments to ensure that communities living around those forests benefit more. I support the Bill."
