    "content": "The people of Gichugu whom I represent have made a complaint to me. They argue that although the law allows neighbouring communities to access the forest plantations for firewood, as per now, the people in Kabare, Ngariama and Karumande cannot access forest plantations to harvest firewood as before. That is because a fence has been erected and is limiting access of the people into the forest."
