    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, because this Bill has been talked about for a long time, I do not think I really need to take much time. But I want to commend the Bill for proposing to bring the Kenya Forestry Research Institute. It is very important that we retain the institution and strengthen it so that we can do research and ensure that indigenous trees that are actually almost being depleted are replenished for purposes of future generations and ensuring that the ecosystem is maintained."
