    "content": "Secondly, his departure from this House can only be activated by a letter of resignation to the Speaker, not to the Senate Minority Leader who has no capacity, power or authority to come here and declare a seat anywhere in this country vacant, including his seat. That is the preserve of the Speaker of the Senate and the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC).
