"content": " I have heard you, the Senate Minority Leader. Hon. Senators, I would like to dispose of this issue. I am sorry. It is my fault. The previous Order Paper stated that the Bill that was recommitted was the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Bill which we have finished. Order No.3 was not recommitted. It is my fault that I allowed that opening. The Senate Minority Leader is right that we should finish the debate on this matter as written on the Order Paper on 29th October 2015. Look at your Order Papers and you will see that all that was left is Division. Could the Division Bell be rung for seven minutes? We need to vote on the two Bills?"
