If you want to put the business of the work we have done in jeopardy, then allow Sen. Keter to make the Personal Statement because it can be argued that we used a special sitting to transact a business which was not published or notice given in the Kenya Gazette. Secondly, the question of a Personal Statement is provided for under the Standing Orders. Standing Order No.1 will only help you if it is a matter which is not provided for. I am saying this because we are lucky that you are on the Chair.
