    "content": "Thank you, Hon Speaker. I take this opportunity to wish all Hon. Members of the 11th Parliament a Happy New Year. I support the Petition because there is a big problem in this country. We know there is the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) in this country. However, we have undergone a lot of problems in our country especially on the youth and drugs. I was going round Juja Constituency where there are two public universities; the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) and Kenyatta University (KU), Ruiru Campus and Nairobi Institute of Business Studies (NIBS) College which is also in my constituency. Drug dealers are targeting institutions of higher learning. In as much as the police are trying, the Petition clearly explains what is on the ground. It is true that those people are there on the ground with the drugs and alcohol.
