    "content": "I think this House, unlike what was in the media – the story was in The Standard newspaper – the report was saying that maybe these people are not busy. We are doing a lot of work. The most important work is to ensure that devolution succeeds. Everywhere you go in this country, you will actually see the footprints of the success of devolution. We owe it to ourselves to ensure that county governments get resources. We have, as much as possible, also made sure accountability in counties is addressed. There is a lot of work to be done. I urge my friends that some might think that the grass is greener on the other side, on that seat that many want to go to; but I can assure you that, the grass will always be greener and better in this House. I urge my colleagues to ensure accountability. In fact, I am impressed that devolution has succeeded and we owe it to ourselves. Thank you."
