    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, first, I join you in welcoming the Members back. Although we have done quite well in passing various Bills and Motions, the effect of that is not being felt. Quite a number of Bills that we have passed go to the National Assembly and get stuck there. I am not aware of any Bill that went there and was passed, and I stand corrected on this. I do not know whether there is need for a certain amount of diplomacy and dialogue so that the Bills can pass through that hurdle.
