    "content": "Secondly, I urge Members to put more effort. I sit at the County Public Accounts and Investments Committee and we are behind in terms of looking at the accounts in various counties, never mind the fact that the Auditor-General is behind. We are looking at the accounts of two years ago, which makes the Senate less visible. Devolution itself seems to be working very well, but the auditing of accounts is relatively slow. A lot more effort and support is needed for us to move faster. Last but not least, I do not think that there is anybody who is going to vie for a position in secret. Therefore, it is wrong for a daily newspaper to speculate and write that so-and-so will vie for a certain seat. They have a right to do what they are doing, but I am still doing my job as a Senator. I have not discussed whether I will vie for governorship or senatorship position, but that does not mean that I will not vie for any position. However, the media houses should hold their horses until we tell them where we are headed. Thank you."
