    "content": "Thank you Mr. Speaker, Sir. I wish the Chair and the Senators a happy new year. I commend the Senators and especially Sen. Omondi, Sen. Leshore for having supported the Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) since we came into this House. In the past, PWDs have been discriminated all round. I also thank both sides of the House and hope that this will continue for the remainder of time. This has encouraged us to an extent that we pray that in the near future, we shall vie for presidency because it has been proved that Kenyans give support to this House. Therefore, I wish all of you the best as we continue with our business. Thank you."
