On 24th January, 2016, I presented to your office a Petition that was signed by some Members of the Vihiga County Assembly and a long list of residents of Vihiga. It was my expectation that the Petition would be presented today. Mr. Speaker, Sir, looking at the Order Paper, the Petition is not listed for today. So, when we got to that item, I wanted to get your guidance as to whether I can proceed and present the Petition or whether it could be slated for tomorrow or another day. I seek your guidance."
