    "content": "The basis for constituting the RBC was explained. Among the criteria considered was consistency and institutional memory. Looking at the names proposed, it is my view that we are coming up with a quality Committee headed by none other than you. Personally, I have full confidence in my colleagues whose names have been proposed to sit in this Committee. I have no doubt whatsoever in my mind that this Committee has the ability and capacity to deliver on its mandate. The earlier we release them to sit and set the agenda for business of this House, the better for us all. I support."
