This is because you are asking him to clarify and that means you are not sure it was in reference to a particular person or body. Let us get the HANSARD. That is the normal way. You may need to look at the practice of the House. We will look at the HANSARD record. I will bring it here. Should it be found to have been in reference to any Member, then Hon.
