    "content": "Some of those reports that have been tabled have a very serious bearing on some of the issues Hon. Members have been raising, more so, the Report from the Office of the Controller of Budget. The First Quarter of the National Government Budget Implementation Review, obviously, has a lot of implications, as well as Item No.8 on the County Governments Budget Implementation Review Report for the First Quarter of the Financial Year 2014/2015. Nevertheless, the two Reports are referred to the Budget and Appropriations Committee. As usual, the regulations are referred to the Committee on Delegated Legislation, while the other two Reports are referred to the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs. Let us move on to the next Order."
