    "content": "Thank, Hon. Speaker. Just to appreciate the concerns that the Member is raising. On the first one on funding, Clause 29 of the Bill addresses that. It is going to be money allocated by Parliament for the purposes of the service from year to year. On the other question of the Minister or Cabinet Secretary, it is going to be the Cabinet Secretary for the time being responsible for matters of justice. In this particular regime, it is the Attorney-General. So, the amendments that the Committee will bring will require that the Cabinet Secretary for the time being in charge of matters of justice as opposed to legal aids in particular."
