    "content": "In addition to the national strategy, there are other sub-strategies to be developed, one of which is beach tourism. Air travel growth stragegy is another sub-strategy. We have built airports in Kisumu, Mombasa and Eldoret but we have no strategy aimed at increasing the airlines in these airports. So, we have come up with a strategy to do just that. Others include cultural tourism, sports tourism strategies and any other strategy which will be effective in getting more tourists coming to the country. So, those sub- strategies are crucial."
