    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. The Order Communication from the Chair has just been called out. I was expecting that you would take advantage of this Order to do what we traditionally do in committees, which is actually a miniature of the Committee of the Whole. Whenever a Member comes late in the committee, he or she apologises and explains why he or she is late. According to the Standing Orders, this House starts at 2.30 p.m. The Order Paper is indicating that we should have started at 2.30 p.m. It is now 2.39 p.m. You came in at 2.37 p.m. It is only fair that the record of the House indicates why you came in late."
