    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have a request for two statements. First, I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.45(2)(b) to seek a Statement from the Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Health regarding the status of the national Government’s Kshs38 billion project to lease medical equipment for county hospitals. In the Statement, the Chairperson should:- (a) Explain the status of the project’s implementation in terms of equipment disbursement, training of doctors and technicians and infrastructure development; (b) State when Vihiga County will get the equipment; and, (c) State the expected date of completion of the project roll out in all the 47 counties."
